Illuminate: a Breathwork & Sound Journeyto ignite our inner light
As summer approaches, Alison Sinatra and I invite you to join us in preparing body, heart, and mind for the season of abundant light. In our ILLUMINATE Breathwork & Sound experience, we'll open ourselves to the growing light, nourishing our inner landscapes so that we can bloom alongside nature's fullness.
Our circle opens with a check-in, then moves into a breathwork ceremony guided by Alison. We integrate the experience through Jessica's ethereal sound journey, woven with voice and a wide range of resonant drone instruments. To close the journey, we join our voices in song, and sip tea together, while enjoying the sweetness of community connection.
Yoga of the Voice
Your voice is a soul messenger and beyond—it's the vibration of your true presence. In this immersive workshop with Silvia Nakkach, visionary composer and raga singer, and Jessica Caplan, vocal embodiment guide and sound artist, you’ll rediscover the natural ease and joy of your voice, drawing from the wisdom source of Integral Yoga teachings and contemporary vocal techniques. Through the Yoga of the Voice, and a new seven-step practice, you’ll release tension, dissolve cultural conditioning, and experience your voice as medicine for creativity, connection, and emotional freedom. Here, the voice is not trained—it’s remembered.
Drawing from ancient yogic breath practices, healing chants, and intuitive vocal improvisations, this journey opens seven portals: Release, Relax, Embody, Awaken, Engage, Expand, and Enchant. Each step invites you to:
>>Let go of old patterns and inhibitions
>>Reclaim a joyful, spontaneous voice
>>Explore chanting and improvisation as spiritual practice
>>Build a personal repertoire of healing songs >>Awaken dormant creativity and your capacity for attentive sound presence
You’ll attend to essential tools—breath awareness, movement, embodied listening, and vocal meditation—to support your voice and free your expression. From Ragas to Icaros to songs of the world, the voice becomes a bridge between body, soul, and sound, in addition to the delight of devotional chanting.
Open to everyone: singers, seekers, therapists, musicians, and curious beginners. No experience required. Just bring your breath, your curiosity, and the aspiration to deeply listen.
***Inspired by Silvia Nakkach’s book Free Your Voice and her school signature lineage Certificate, The Yoga of the Voice—where sound, meditation, and spirit unite in a living tradition of liberation and attunement.
Ancestors Songs: A Day of Constellations and Sound
Join Jessica Caplan and Stella Fay Metzner for a day of Systemic Family Constellations and Sound. Facilitated by Stella, the constellations offer a powerful space to explore and shift inherited patterns within family systems, bringing insight, release, and greater alignment. Between sessions, Jessica guides simple movement and vocal practices to help integrate each experience, culminating in a nourishing sound bath for deep rest and embodiment. Together, this immersive experience weaves awareness, expression, and integration to support meaningful transformation.
Spirals of Spring: Sound & Song
Spirals of Spring is an offering of sound and song co-led by vocal embodiment guide and sound artist Jessica Caplan and sound facilitator and master gong player Samer Ghadry.
As the earth blossoms and life unfurls in spirals all around us, we gather in the Sound Sanctuary to mirror that natural intelligence within our own bodies. We’ll begin with gentle, intuitive movement to open the body, release tension, and soften into receptivity. From there, we’ll explore voice and song—awakening our own vibration and experiencing the simple joy of singing together. The journey culminates in a deeply immersive soundscape, where voice, gong, and layers of resonant instruments weave together into expansive, meditative landscapes, inviting you to rest, receive, and reconnect with the living spiral of creation.
The Sound Sanctuary is so excited to host longtime friend and collaborator Samer Ghadry in the space for the first time. This promises to be a magical sonic experience.
