Yoga of the Voice

Your voice is a soul messenger and beyond—it's the vibration of your true presence. In this immersive workshop with Silvia Nakkach, visionary composer and raga singer, and Jessica Caplan, vocal embodiment guide and sound artist, you’ll rediscover the natural ease and joy of your voice, drawing from the wisdom source of Integral Yoga teachings and contemporary vocal techniques. Through the Yoga of the Voice, and a new seven-step practice, you’ll release tension, dissolve cultural conditioning, and experience your voice as medicine for creativity, connection, and emotional freedom. Here, the voice is not trained—it’s remembered.

Drawing from ancient yogic breath practices, healing chants, and intuitive vocal improvisations, this journey opens seven portals: Release, Relax, Embody, Awaken, Engage, Expand, and Enchant. Each step invites you to:

>>Let go of old patterns and inhibitions

>>Reclaim a joyful, spontaneous voice

>>Explore chanting and improvisation as spiritual practice

>>Build a personal repertoire of healing songs >>Awaken dormant creativity and your capacity for attentive sound presence

You’ll attend to essential tools—breath awareness, movement, embodied listening, and vocal meditation—to support your voice and free your expression. From Ragas to Icaros to songs of the world, the voice becomes a bridge between body, soul, and sound, in addition to the delight of devotional chanting.

Open to everyone: singers, seekers, therapists, musicians, and curious beginners. No experience required. Just bring your breath, your curiosity, and the aspiration to deeply listen.

***Inspired by Silvia Nakkach’s book Free Your Voice and her school signature lineage Certificate, The Yoga of the Voice—where sound, meditation, and spirit unite in a living tradition of liberation and attunement.
