Day of the Dead Breathwork & Sound Journey

The veils are thin between the ancestors and the earthly plane.

On this Day of the Dead, beloved collaborator Alison Sinatra and I invite you to gather with us and connect with those who came before us, creating an atmosphere that is warm, comfortable, and deep — a space for moving between worlds.

Our time together will open with a sharing circle, followed by guided active breathwork, and culminating with a journey into deep relaxation bathed in celestial sounds.

We invite you to bring a photo or photos of your ancestors to contribute to a group altar.

We are living in a time of great transformation. More than ever, we are called to remember where we come from, where we stand now, and where we are going.

SONIC EMBODIMENT Workshop, Crescent HV @ Full Circle

Our voice is medicine, the original healing instrument each of us was born with. When we tap into the voice as the multi-faceted tool for healing, transformation, play, and authentic connection that it is, we open up access to our vast potential. In this monthly offering, we will nurture our connection to our voice through movement, sounding, singing, deep listening, and playful exploration; we will learn to express our essence in sound; and we will journey, explore, and activate our own unique vocal channel. These sessions will wrap up with a short sound-soaked rest to digest and integrate what we've received. Through embodying our instrument - in body, mind and spirit - we will re-member ourselves as the Sound Beings we are.
