The veils are thin between the ancestors and the earthly plane.

On this Day of the Dead, beloved collaborator Alison Sinatra and I invite you to gather with us and connect with those who came before us, creating an atmosphere that is warm, comfortable, and deep — a space for moving between worlds.

Our time together will open with a sharing circle, followed by guided active breathwork, and culminating with a journey into deep relaxation bathed in celestial sounds.

We invite you to bring a photo or photos of your ancestors to contribute to a group altar.

We are living in a time of great transformation. More than ever, we are called to remember where we come from, where we stand now, and where we are going.
