Katie Down and I are back at Maha Rose in Brooklyn for our introductory dive into sound as healing modality, which we’ve been offering for nearly a decade. This weekend immersion is ideal for anyone seeking to enrich your life with practices and tools that can balance the nervous system, connect you more deeply with yourself, and expand your capacity to feel and listen.
You'll experience your voice as the healing instrument it was meant to be, expand your power of listening, and have the opportunity to play different instruments and explore working with them within a healing context. You'll also receive a basic theoretical and practical understanding of how sound healing works and how it can be applied to different modalities.
You'll get your hands on crystal and metal singing bowls, Biosonic tuning forks, Monolina monochords, hand pans, shruti boxes, and a variety of percussions and drums.
Be prepared to laugh, play, learn, listen, share, and open yourself up to the vibrational world in a whole new way!
