Our monthly sound ritual at the beautiful Stone Wave Yoga in Gardiner, NY, this month featuring me and Eva Geisler of Sacred Sound Ritual. Part sound bath, part healing concert and part ceremony, we weave together traditional chants, medicine melodies, and original songs crafted with intention and spontanaeity. Let the sounds of Himalayan and crystal bowls, flute, voice, shrutti box, drum, tuning forks, and other shamanic and drone instruments guide you into a space where the body rests so the imagination can run free.
