Join Sean Hoots and I for an hour-long meditative sound experience as part of the O+ Festival in Kingston, NY. We're excited to be part of this festival, which is based on the concept of exchanging the art of medicine for the medicine of art.

Sean and I are setting up at the Kirkland, the site of the ExplO+re section of the festival, which hosts yoga classes, workshops, and sound baths. Ride the waves of vibration as we weave a soundscape set to vocals, guitar, shrutti box, crystal and Himalayan bowls, drum, bells and chimes. It's pay-what-you-can and classes are busy, so get there early to grab your spot.
