I am a vocalist, vocal embodiment coach and sound practitioner who brings people home to their hearts through the portal of sound.
I help wellness practitioners, teachers, spiritual leaders, and the ‘sonically-curious’ connect with their unique voice – both the inner voice and audible sound – so that they can live their most empowered, authentic lives, and embody their highest expression.
We are all interconnected notes weaving together a universal melody.
In my workshops, sound baths, retreats, trainings, and one-on-one programs, I facilitate compassionate connection to self, community, and Spirit through deep listening, sounding, and the magic of wonder.

“FILL MY LUNGS”
This song first landed in my heart accompanied by shruti box, inspired by a prayer titled “Honoring Song” by Pixie Lighthorse, found in her gorgeous book, Prayers of Honoring Voice, and fueled by my passion for the liberation of voices.
The song is an anthem that celebrates the sacredness of each individual voice, and how the voice is both a channel for presence, and a manifestation of each of our unique essence.
Deep gratitude to my dear friend and collaborator Sean Hoots for his recording and mixing genius, and for lending his deep tones to the rich backup vocals we co-created to feel like a choir.
May we all recognize the power of our own unique voice, and may we integrate and release the limiting beliefs that have kept us from fully accepting and sharing the beauty of our expression. May your lungs fill with light, as you receive this song. ✨

If you've experienced a group sound bath, think of a one-on-one session as an amplified version, where each sound is offered in service of your specific intention.
